Ebay and the Wii???

Since any place you go to that had good prices on the Wii are sold out, and all the other places want ridiculous prices (IMO, over $350ish is ridiculous) I started browsing ebay just to see at this point.

Are there a bunch of idiots there jacking up the prices? You see a lot of bidders with no feedback or very little with names like A****9 or something to that effect.

Just seems suspicious to me.

No, that is actually the market rate. A*****9 usually means private auction. Those might be questionable iono. I'm pushing these things out and I'm not shill bidding =P

I also have games I picked up from TRU B2G1, net cost 33.33 each. Markup to retail price for instant bundle = PROFIT

Yes price is definitly going up..but mostly for New Sealed ones. I ebayed mine.. a used system with Wii play, charge station, about $100 worth of VC games, and component cables for $425...kinda sucked but i never play it anymore. Selling the extra games in the forsale forum.

Yeah, not too many people want a used Wii under the tree if they can help it. I'm not into price gouging, so I sell them for a reasonable cost ($350) it covers my cost + tax ($273) plus my time and shipping, etc.

I think it's allowed... it's just BS and shadowy. Since it's only a 'buy it now' for $1 I'd think people would actually read and notice stuff like that.

Nobody can complain about people buying all of them up when they see them. They were in the right place at the right time, or made a bunch of calls and woke up early to get there. They either had the same chance as anybody and got lucky or they worked to get it. No matter what it's not something you can bitch about.
