Well, after ordering one of those nice phones from ebay for what seemed like a reasonable price, i was given a dispatch confirmation (no tracking - just that the item was shipped), and i calculated shipping time with royal mail. The transit time should have been 3-4 days.
2 weeks later, the damn thing never shows up. The seller even has near perfect feedback (99.7 with 500 replies), but he just keeps telling me to wait. So i'm at a loss as to what i am going to do.
Do i open a dispute with paypal, which takes about two extra months before i get my money back and can re-order the thing from someone else, or do i just cancel the transaction with my cc company? What will the issues be? will my paypal account be cancelled?
