Do any of you everget any more Ebay/Paypal coupons?

every now and then I used to get a coupon via email from Ebay and Paypal that gave you like $5 off an ebay transaction. I haven't received one in a long time. Did they stop doing this?

Nope they still send these out quite often. However the problem is that these days they will generally only work with the specific account they were emailed to. They used to send some out that anyone could use *cough*
