AAA and entertainment or one time use coupons are available for Circuit City.

I believe the installation is refundable for an even HOTTER deal!

Bluetooth with mic and has a USB port in which you plug a Memory stick for MP3 playback!

Features

Portable navigation unit: This versatile unit will help you navigate both in the car and out. There is a quick-release mechanism that detaches in seconds, so you can take it wherever you go even when you leave your vehicle behind.

Color display: The 3.5" touch screen is in full color and easy to use.

Built-in Bluetooth: No more fumbling with your phone while driving?take calls with Bluetooth hands-free wireless software so you can keep your attention on the road.

Voice guidance: The TomTom navigation unit will guide you to your destination with spoken commands.

iPod compatible: Control your iPod directly through the in-dash player to play your music collection on your car stereo. With an iPod adapter cable (sold separately) you'll get the full range of iPod controls and capabilities.

Satellite radio ready: With a SIRIUS satellite radio tuner (sold separately), the AVN2210P can play the best news, sports, talk, entertainment and commercial-free music from coast to coast.

50 watts peak power: The internal amplifier has enough juice to power a modest system, but if you want to add more audio components you should get a standalone amp as a dedicated power source. The in-dash portion still functions as a CD player when the GPS receiver is removed.

USB port: It's never been easier to transfer files or update software?just plug a flash drive directly into the unit's USB port.

Cant beat the price either.

Just curious: How do you update the GPS with the latest maps? I'm about to jump on the unit myself.

Comes with a USB cable that connects to your PC, then you can download the new map updates from Tomtom.

However I have not done this yet and it seems like Tomtom latest map update on there site is for 2006. I imagine they should have a new one soon.

Only dislikes about this thing is that its mounting depth was more than I expected. I never really got it screwed all the way in but it still sits level and does not stick out. The problem is that the RCA outputs for an external amplifier are right next to the mounting hole on my car. But besides that I like it.

Also loading songs from a mp3 cd or a USB thumbdrive seems to take a while. but I guess that is normal.

This is temping, but by dream in-dash GPS would have a built in CD player, USB and RCA jacks on the face, and HD-Radio. Until someone makes this, I'm waiting

It looks nice, but I'm afraid that it would last about 30 minutes before a thief would smash my window and steal this.

I doubt that removing the GPS will deter smash and grab thieves. They are still going to see a big piece of fancy electronics that they think that they can sell.

It really needs a removable/self-hiding faceplate.

This does have a built in CD player the whole face rotates to open it up (this is also nice because it has 6 position rotation to help see the screen better. A

Also there is a USB input on the front (I use it with my thumbdrive)

Not really any reason to have front RCA inputs with the USB already on the front. Also for $20 more you can get an Ipod interface cable, I wired mine to the glove box. I suppose you could also wire the RCA inputs from the back to the glovebox as well for connecting god knows what else.

Also HD Radio, Sirius, or XM can be achieved with any of the add on boxes.

This is one of the only decent units that has bluetooth.

I mentioned no frills before meaing that this thing has a basic look. As far as preventing theft I am not to worried. I live in a bad area with high crime but without the gps this thing looks no different then a stock head unit. It is rather factory or plain looking (something I like because it wont get easily recognized aka stolen.)

this is definitely worth the 399 pricetag considering the next best choice The Pioneer AVIC series is way more $

Can anyone confirm the installation as being refundable? Also, anyone notice, in this week's ad, the TomTom GiveGive sales event? $100 off any TomTom navigation unit through January. Wonder if this might fall into that category, I can get creative if I have to...

Edit: I went to TomTom's site and noticed that the $100 rebate is good for select models only, and this ain't one of 'em.

This sucks!

I got one for $379 installed. CC was going to install immediately, but they didn't have the mounting kit.

Now I have to stare at the damn box for a week.

Anyone else get theirs installed yet?

My quicky review.

PROS:
A lot of features packed in to one unit for $399 plus a $40 installation kit is a great price. The GPS is very accurate and gets a great signal everywhere i go.
The radio and cd sound is clear and loud, easily equaling or surpassing my stock Pioneer unit.

Cons:
bluetooth is not compatible with the Samsung Blackjack (SGH-i607)
The main button for controlling audio functions feels flimsy and mushy(cheap)
Does not fit all the way in my tC, so the radio door can't close to conceal.
