Can anyone tell me how to solve the issues that this motherboard has with PC3200 DDR? It should work but I can't figure out how to do it... Thanks

I don't think the board is so much of a concern is your cpu itself. A 2500+ Barton is not a guaranteed overclock, and this board does not support voltage bumps, so if you cannot attain 3200+ at default voltages, it could be the chip itself.
Do not buy an ECS board with grand overclocking aspirations. If you do manage to get the FSB to 200, you have done your homework and used quality components. If not, let it at 2500+ and enjoy it.
