Do you just fill in the first box at the bottom with the product numbers? There are 6 boxes and each box holds 10 digits.

Ok so I feel like being nice here is my compiled list, I am an AMD reseller so a lot of this stuff is kinda hard to get for you other guys. Also I'm fairly certain AMD is getting rid of and not replacing Duron and Athlon stuff, so many of these may no longer be valid.

Just got in a roll of 500 AthlonXP stickers and its well a hell lot of labels. Honestly I build systems but not in this kind of volume, I'm gonna have to start covering my car with them

Ok so lots of people have been asking, for example

Strip off all that junk off the end and use, just use the first set of numbers I usually include the letter proceeding it, but I think you can strip that and it will still work.

As far as the t-shirt sizes I don't know either, however you can call them and do the same thing and most of the time you don't even need the codes the reps are really nice usually. They are always out of shirts so I don't bother trying anymore.
