THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF AROUND 6 INCHES FROM LATE THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY EVENING...WITH A POTENTIAL FOR SOME HIGHER AMOUNTS.
Wet snow develops within several hours of 11 p.m.?possibly heavy, with thunder before morning.
SNOWFALL WILL LIKELY BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES DURING THE DAY TODAY...WITH SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR BEING POSSIBLE. SNOW WILL THEN GRADUALLY DIMINISH MID TO LATE EVENING AS THE BULK OF ACTIVITY MOVES EAST. TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE 6 TO 10 INCH RANGE

It's been a weird freaking winter in the midwest.
There was one point in January were it was 70 degrees, then tornados, then thundersnow, then it dropped to like 15 degrees. In a 30 hour period.

what, it is moving west > east, but it really isn't even doing that on the radar map. It is dissipating before even hitting here, though I fully expect to get something.
what am I missing?
