NewEgg seems like it isn't always as cheap as it used to be, but their customer service still rocks.
I ordered a new video card 2 days ago, which is currently en route:

I looked today and noticed that it is now shipping with a free 2GB flash drive, so that was a little disappointing.
I then logged into NewEgg and opened a live chat session and asked the CSR if there was any way I could cancel and recreate my order to get in on the flash drive deal. Within about 2 minutes the CSR replied that they will be shipping a free flash drive separately - no need to hassle with my existing order. I should have it by Monday.
Not bad.
