Well here is a response to several of the posts I see here. Yes I CAN quote a low. This is the Michigan Comsumer Protection Act of 1976 with the Item-pricing Subsections. Also Sections 445.903 3 ( 1) subsections c, g, h, m, n, q, t, u, and . Also it will not be those of us who are suffering because of this. The Attorney general will be taking this up on our behalf. I spoke with someone from the AG office this morning and they ask that I post this to the utilizing the Computer Crimes complaint Form. This has been done as well as to contact the BBB. These are steps that should be taken first off any time that a consumer is having a problem with a retailer that cannot be resolved by the CR dept.
