First off SONNY,
I didnt threaten a lawsuit over what they are doing with the ram. I a speaking with the Attorney generals Office over the way they have handled my credit card, have lied to me regarding sales, items in stock as well as a few other things. Im not a stupid little punk that goes around threatening lawsuits. I spoke with several people over at Egghead including Charlotte Arnold lead TL and Bill Burbank VP of Consumer Relations. During our conversations regarding this issue I was told several things that did not jive well.
As far as being here long before my whiney ass? I seriously doubt your much older then me, unless your a grandpa.

Scandel is definitely right. =) Althought, I kinda' figured that they wouldn't deliver. I bet though that if they did have it at $350.00 like they claim to have that they wouldn't have had to backorder the items.

That stuff is auto-generated by the shopping cart software when the CS people enter the order cancellations. You see exactly the same language and sequence with Buy.com and several of the big eTailers. I think they're all getting their software from the same place.

Lets take Bizkit, I bet his name just may be Timothy O'Mell from MI. The man harrassing CSReps and making some of the female reps burst into tears from his abusive and foul language. I heard that he called about 15 times demanding this and that.

As was said here by many of you this was a mistake if you get your order great if not deal with it and move on.

They aren't saying that you requested the cancellation...they are saying that the backordered items you requested, are being cancelled!

That's the way I read it.

This whole fiasco is ridiculous, on both sides! People are wanting lawsuits/action taken, because they didn't get the deal of the century. Come on people, don't you think that Egghead has already consulted their lawyers/legal folks, on this matter. Why do you think that it has taken almost two working days, for them to start cancelling the orders.

On the other side of the argument, the &quot;upper&quot; members are whining about how all the &quot;newbies&quot; are showing up and crying! If all the &quot;newbie&quot; whining is getting to you, why do you read this thread? Let them whine/gripe/rally together and burn themselves out? If you enjoy it, just read it. Everybody knows that since you have &quot;earned&quot; the &quot;elite&quot; status', you have seen this before! I dont post much in these threads, but Ive been noticing a commond trend being that all the junior members seem to think they have laws protecting their rights to rip off businesses and it is morally their duty to make the business aware of their mistakes by ordering the item, knowing its a typo, then b!tching about it after.
