higher volt = more OC ability+ shorter life span
i use 1.3 and can goto 430/1170
i wonder what i will get @ 1.5v
i just checked my webstats and ive used 400+ megs bandwidth serving the boot disk kit
so far I have 150 downloads of the evga_bios_kit.exe and 70 for evga_bios_kit.iso
then there were the older disks they used about 100 MB of BW all together

great news about the bios issue.. my card just came in, installed it, 16/6 on the pipes.. 325/700 on the clocks.. first thing i did was set the memory to 1100, ran 3d mark, only got a score of 3500 but it ws artifact free.. leads me to believe it isnt a hardware issue at all, the memory is gddr3, it runs at 1100.. ZZF just got some wacked out BIOSes.. im not gonna bother with their new bios, just gonna use the GT one whenever newegg decides to send my floppy drive! (they had a warehouse malfunction this week and my orders were delayed 2 days - but they said I will get a free gift!)
yes, the LE-GT bios is faster then the stock bios ~ clock for clock.Originally posted by: aerasal
quick question: will the bios updates make the card run any faster at the same clock speeds? I'm happy with my card running at 350/1100 atm, so i don't want to flash the bios if it won't make a difference.
why not just try the ISO?
that has nothing todo with the temp bug.Originally posted by: Rhagz
I remember seeing stuff about temps being higher at 325.. mine is 60c after about 20 mins of playing 3D games.. too high?
yes, @ idle.Originally posted by: aonic
so i guess those rumors about the temps being 20C off when the bios modding first began were not true
yep, its a known bug ~ use the LE-Ultra bios for dual DVI, it works.Originally posted by: lupohki
GT bios makes dual dvi no worky? That's the situation with me.
