I am still ticked off that I have to pay $9 to ship to them. For sending defective products, they should reimburse all related costs.

Now my gfx card that supposed to be value costs $360.

Ya, I looked at the live hardware monitoring in RivaTuner and it shows 399, shouldn't it show 350 (2dmode) when just in Windows?

the iso burned now will boot,
I haven't flashed the bios yet as Im currently not at home, but I have tested the new image file and it does load to the menu correctly.

I think that is a better image than the other..... as it simply emulates the floppy.

i hope eVGA just sends us flat out ultras to us all and get it over with, since its an LE after all. they are usually pretty good at "upgrading" when an equal card isn't in stock.

Hey guys. WOW. Been gone a week and 20 pages added to the thread. Well I was one of the first to send my card back to eVGA, which I believe was last Monday or tuesday. Anyway, for those of you who are complaining eVGA is making you pay for shpping to RMA the card, talk to someone on the phone and explain what happened. eVGA waived my shipping fees since I recieved the card defective. Im anticipating my card arriving sometime this week! They recieved the card last wednesday, and Im crossing my fingers I get the card back by Friday. Im wondering what they will do with all these returned LE cards. Maybe the people who are RMAing their cards now will recieve ultra's. Good luck!

You should have insured it as if it gets lost you are out period , noda, nothing you loose $330.00.

I sent mine registered so the post office knows where that box ois at every minute and it is shipped under lock and key and must be signed for so eVGA cannot say they did not get it.

I have heard they have 6800 Limited Editions in stock for RMA'S only. They just better not be 325 / 700 cards flashed to the new bios

Aonic, the new ISO image worked like a charm...

I think most people will have far less trouble with the nero created ISO.

cool, the next rev of the bios' are almost done by Thugs; the next rev of the disk will most likely use nero ISO

I called eVga today and they are well aware of the problem with the batch of LE's with 325/700. They say it is a bios issue and that they will email me the correct bios. I will give the new bios a try before I RMA.

It won't work as it will change the defult speeds but you most likely have articfacts just clock the memory up to 1100 and see what it does now. If you want the official I will mail you the offical bios they sent me.

Yup, like racefan said, we all tried the available means. Something's tricky with some of the 325/700 batches.

Nope. Didnt have to pay to ship the card. They sent me a prepaid postage stamp that I used with UPS to ship the card. They do this all the time, all you have to do is ask. The thing is, eVGA is only about an hour and a half from my house, I probably should have just drove there and maybe they would have done a quick swap. Anyway, just try calling them and explaining to them, that the added costs of shipping really defeats the whole purpose of buying this card in the first place. Im sure theyll compensate you somehow. Bah! Had I known this, I should've gone to eVGA. No need to waste $9. If the 2nd card ZZF send me is bad, I am gonna have to send it to eVGA.

I have tried pushing the memory up and was unable to get past 800. I will PM you my email address and give the new bios a try. Thank you for offering. If it don't work out then RMA time.
