As do I... He states he's too 'busy with work' to read the article that the topic is based on and doesn't even care to play Oblivion. Yet he's got enough time to troll over and over in the thread about how crappy ATI is because they had to 'hack' Oblivion for AA & HDR - something nVidia can't do. The way he's trashing ATI he must own nVidia stock or have family working for them. The fact that he has that 'disclaimer' in his sig makes it even funnier!

I'm neutral in the ATI vs. nVidia battle. I get the best card available. My last 2 cards were nVidia (6800GT & 7800GT) but right now ATI has the best cards.

He still hasn't hasn't answered BFG's 1st long post...and answered a small part of his 2nd post but that didn't make much sense either. I thought he was a bit more rational than that.

not really . . . when it comes to defending 'his' beloved company he has never changed . . .
. . . it's just that his other [non-fanboy] posts are [generally] actually pretty good and he can be quite helpful.

everyone has blindspots and brand loyalty

anyway, Oblivion was getting intense and i had to take a break . . . it is SO huge of a world, i haven't touched the Main Quest in over 20 hours . . . i am guessing i am over half-way done.

20 hours is not half-way through lol. Ive played for probably like 50-60 hours hours now and Ive hardly started the main quest. And still have alot of other side quests to do.

i have over 100 hours into the game . . .it's been 20 hours since i left the Main Quest - and i got back to it last night when i found the 2nd Daedra Artifact for Martin [no way i am giving up Azara's Star].



and i am Level 11 and still mowing thru my enemies like grass.

a nice change from Video.

Im at level 11 right now and im only 30 hours into it!

Doing the main quest gives you lots of experience it seems!

Anyone found the Umbra sword? Ill have to look back through it but my god its the best sword im using right now

Hey, do you guys know what I'm supposed to do when I'm looking for Rayan Dralas (or spelled something like that) in Bruma??? I've gone around everywhere in Bruma but can't figure out what to do. I'm supposed to kill the 2nd Mythic Dawn agent which is him right?? But I can't find him.

Use your Map. Highlight the quest and click either "Map" or "make this my active Quest". You will see Red and green symbols [ati and nVidia] that point you in the right direction.

I think there are unlimited in number for the oblivion gates until you finish the main quest.

yep, they just keep on spawning. i got several in a row all within seeing distance of each other

[i went the other way]

and i am getting better at closing them - my quickest took less than 5 minutes [equip fire shields; run and jump over the lava lake and head for the tower]

. . . anyway, just checking in . . . nothing interesting here.



and the game keeps getting better the further i go . . . there is much intellegence clearly evident from the Creators of this game.
