What the heck are you talking about???? Its under 100,000 and over 250,000 votes left. Provisional ballots are likely heavily democratic, and I believe that the provisional ballots are in addition to the other numbers.

Did anyone else notice that early this evening, MSN had a very nice (obviously airbrushed) picture of Kerry next to an absolutely horrible picture of Bush? It was so obvious and petty that I actually laughed out loud.


They have a mighty nice pic of him up there now.

Dems need to decide what they stand for. IMO, a few more years of GOP and the country will be ready for a New New Deal
But I think the country needs to get broke enough to care about pocketbook issues, and we are just not there yet.

How many provisional/absentee ballots were cast in Ohio? Even if Kerry got all of them, is it enough to overcome Bush's 100k lead?

The Elections commisioner just said on CNN that they will not know how many provisional ballots are cast til the 13th of November (11 days after the election) when they will be collected from the precints/counties in accordance with Ohio state law...

I'm thinking Kerry will file lawsuit, while waiting for the provisional/absantee count....

He might want to hold off on recount suits, as he might gain the lead after the provo/absent ballots are counted, and a recount might cost him in the end...
