17509 votes and quite a lot of votes to come in. I wouldn't call this state locked up either.

I am not gonna say what the GOP would or wouldn't do, BUT I would expect GWB to concede if the possibilities for a victory were as unlikely as they are now for Kerry.

Like I said earlier, if Wisconsin goes to Bush, and it's close there, Kerry could take Ohio and still lose.

Preface: I voted for Kerry in a state where it didn't matter (AL), and I think he should concede for the sake of the party's chances in 2008.

I'm saying 266-252 in favor of Bush, not counting the Ohio mess. (I think Bush will win Ohio, but let's ignore that for a moment)
