82% and they give Nevada to Bush, but yahoo home page says New Mexico has 101% reported, and its still not settled.

Actually, I think this election results demonstrates quite clearly how liberal the media is, and how VOCAL the liberals are. The liberals over here like to think they know better than everyone else, and they like to trumpet all sorts of things as being good for the country. The basic fact is that many people in the US still disagree quite strongly with the liberals and the media. All of their shouting just got people more set to vote AGAINST their lies. When people disagree with others - they feel they are lying and/or distorting the truth - sometimes it's just easier to shut up publicly and let your voice be heard.

Interesting things to note:
Females were MUCH more likely on average to vote for Kerry.
Large cities (and states with large cities) were MUCH more likely to vote for Kerry.
The northeast and west coast voted Kerry, but almost the entire middle section and all of the south voted for Bush.

Yes, if nothing else this election proves that the Dems are definitely a loud minority in this country...
Bush won the popular vote by 4million votes
Dems lost a few seats in the Senate..
Dems lost a few seats in the House...
and on top of that, hopefully Bush can claim the White House ASAP...

yeah i dont even see why Kerry would want to be president with such a big loss in not only the overall popular vote, but also with a very strongly republican controlled senate and house... heck, hes still got his senate position in massacusettes.. i say don't ruin your political career by dragging out this election when its obvious which way this country is leaning... it'll just make him look bad in the end when the odds are so strongly against him in Ohio...
