oh, i didn't use heavy duty, i used the removable 3m poster mounting strips. they are double sided foam tabs with a non sticky end u can pull on to stretch to release hold. not as strong, but adequet.

to top it off they have 60" roll of transparent double sided mounting tape for 1.50. 50% off 4" holds 2 lb

Yea, hitting the wall with the darts seems to be bad

Although curiously, the included plastic darts can somewhat penetrate my wall. Ah yes, apartments targetted at college students for their inflated rates due to their closeness to campus, gotta love it

btw, the sportscraft grand master has stainless steel darts. no lead

flights stay on much better unlike halex.

heh, there were real steel darts at my local target, on clearance 2.50 for 3 i believe it was. but no boards to go with them. lol

I picked up a $3.74 board about 10 days ago. Checked late last week and there were a bunch of various boards left, but prices had not moved. Checked again today and they were wiped out. I did stumble on a $49.99 Sportcraft marked down to $11, so I picked it up. The box was beat, but the board and accessories (darts, A/C adapter) were all there and unused. The stainless steel darts with the Sportcraft are much nicer, and now I'm not afraid to left my kids use them!

no. and i don't think they make electronic dartboards for metal tip darts. cork? thats really cheap cr@p board. good hard tip dart boards are made of rope fiber compressed under thousands of pounds and then bound by steel.
