I haven't followed this really, but didn't Trump say prove that she's an "Indian"? I know others have mocked her for it being so insignificant that no one would notice.This test proves that it's low. 6-10 generations ago is a small percent. It may be above the average, but it's laughable.

Here’s the thing. She talked about her heritage in the past as being part of family stories. She was proud of it. She never used it for gain like Trump claimed. Meanwhile he has called her Pocahontas for years.

This test shows everything she said is likely true and that Trump, again, uses offers to charities to try to shame people and backs out yet again when they prove him wrong.

I agree with you, but for the record 1/64 or 1.5% is enough to be card carrying.

Growing up in eastern Oklahoma I have many friends and family members that are card carrying Native Americans that look completely white.

There was a 1996 article regarding her ancestry that indicates the faculty were thinking similarly to what Warren was likely thinking at the time. I can see why she gets mocked for it then.

So is there a rule a law a standard a number a threshold? Back before DNA it was just family spreading tales of the past how would they know what %? I would be proud to be part indian at any percentage.
