Basically, she got Musk's panties in a bunch by disagreeing with him after he wanted her to fire more of her team after the first round of layoffs. Man child can't be disagreed with and didn't just lash out at her, but fired everyone one who worked under her.
Musk, the employees said, was not pleased with Tinucci’s presentation and wanted more layoffs. When she balked, saying deeper cuts would undermine charging-business fundamentals, he responded by firing her and her entire 500-member team.
