Typical liberal tactic, resorting to personal attacks. You know I'm right but don't want to acknowledge it so you attack instead. If there is one thing I have learned in the past 2-3 years is how full of hate liberals are. If you don't agree with their views they will resort to personal attacks and even wish harm on you.
No one is wishing harm on you, but you're just being a .. for a lack of better term, dumb fuck.

yes sitting on unused/undeveloped land is pretty much common anywhere. Some resort countries of course have laws that enforce development within a certain time frame of purchase to insure that wealthy non-residents aren't using this vanishing land space as a wealth bank all the while leaching away potential revenue from what would be inhabited dwellings with x number of peoples spending their tourist bucks in the area.
Part of the problem is that, besides that this has literally nothing to do with Elon or Twitter, many jurisdictions barely tax undeveloped land. Even in my neighborhood that's nearly fully developed, the three empty lots are appraised at like $400, as opposed to the $70,000 the surrounding lots were sold for. Then down the street there is a 153 acre lot that is appraised at $2,000, even though they just sold 2 acres of it for $1.5M. I haven't read any rigorous study on this, but from anecdotal experience it seems widespread.

I guess it could be hate but it’s more than likely twenty years of experience that tells me trying to provide facts to people like you is pretty pointless.

But if you want to prove me wrong, please explain how the rest of the world uses socialized medicine and receive better care and pay less. Please explain why our infant mortality rates are higher than most developed countries despite our childbirth costs being the highest.

And while crime is higher than it’s been in the last several years, it’s still low, historically speaking.

Was speaking more in general not just me. I have seen liberals direct lots of hate and wish of harm towards people just because they didn't agree with their views. Liberals are very toxic people. It's "my way or the highway" with them. They want to control how everyone lives and thinks.

The last 2-3 years have really opened my eyes up to this. I used to lean centre left but the left has gone completely insane. I always distanced myself a bit more from conservative mostly due to their stance on green energy and the environment, but let's be real, the liberals have done squat to help the environment. We cannot tax our way out of climate change and by making life less affordable like what they're doing.

Given this topic is about Elon Musk, this is a tweet where he really nailed what has happened over the years and that's pretty much where I stand too:

sigh, clever memes do not reflect reality. objective study shows conservatives have gone far, far, more right than liberals have gone left. the picture is the exact opposite of reality. but it makes a good "soundbite"..errr, visual bite, for people to quote, even though it's horrendously wrong.

To be fair, it’s all they have. If facts and reality were on their side they’d use it to prove their point.

Tell that to liberals that expect everything from government. In the states, people who took useless degrees who can't get a job want their student loans paid off for example, and it's the working class that foots the bill via taxes.

"Fiscal Conservatism"

1. 9 out of the 10 poorest states are Republican

2. 95 out of 100 poorest counties are Republican.

3. 9 out of the 10 richest cities are run by Democrats.

But tell me again how great Republican economic policies are...

It's not the left who is on the government teet, idiot.

Except you are not right. States that voted red are at the top for nearly everything you claim is caused by the democrats. The facts are out there if you have enough integrity to look them up.

Edit: oh snap, Amused and ivwshane did some of the leg work for you. Which you so predictablely ignored.

Here is a report by Fraser Institute, your favourite right wing think tank. It says your net tax burden is in negative territory. As in I am paying for your share of the tax. While I don't mind I am paying more into it, I do hate to hear how you are being unfairly treated.

Your hero Musk can buy your whole town, including Kidd Creek, with pocket change. Whose interest do you think he cares about, his or yours? Hint, he is the rich bastard you rail about.

The irony is someone calling people stupid when they don't understand a flat tax versus a progressive tax and literally says a flat tax is the most fair. That's literally the definition of stupid.

All you need is basic math skills and to actually know what those two things mean to realize a flat tax is very unfair. Really basic math skills.

Yeah because the economy is doing so well right now with justinflation LOL. And crime? Crime is at it's highest especially theft and drug related crime. People stealing from homes and businesses nightly and daily even in broad daylight and this is a growing problem everywhere and nothing is being done about it because of liberal policies that seem to protect thieves more than the victims of theft. Liberals and their supporters don't believe in people being able to defend their property so the problem will only keep getting worse.

Conservatives are not THAT much better but out of the 2 major parties they are the least worse. Problem is people like you have been brainwashed to think that bigger government is somehow better. Big governments are for people who can't think for themselves and want constant handouts and spoon feeding. Govern me harder daddy!
So you want less government and less taxes but more policing, more judiciary, and more jail time?

yet you didn't even say anything at all here:

Is it possible that you really don't know that all of the above is just empty talking points? You've just said words that actually have no substance behind them. What crime, where? What is it compared to with the historical rate? Do you actually know this and do you care to know this? "Liberals like big government." What does that even mean? Idiots have been repeating this line for decades, never explaining it, all the while voting for conservatives that do nothing but expand government and government debt far, far far beyond what any liberal has ever done.

See, when you have data to back your claims, nothing you say makes any sense. This is why you keep repeating nonsense without understanding the substance. As ivwshane said, you have a grasp of headlines (fed to you by illiterate morons) and nothing beyond that. You simply believe things because you want them to be true, not because they actually are and because you have lifted a single fucking finger to investigate and even challenge your beliefs.

This is why you are such a useful idiot: a christo-fascist that imagines individual belief trumps simple fact. Conservative terrorists can only exist, and continue to erode democracy and general prosperity because wholly incurious sockpuppets like yourself exist to support them with empty headlines.

None of those things are mutually exclusive.
Nothing comes free. I bet you're one of those people who refuse to chip in for a co-worker birthday present but demand to sign the birthday card. That is basically all Republican's mentality. They will vote no on bills that benefit everyone and then take credit for them when the bills are passed despite their "NO" vote.
