on the upper right of any post, there are some icons. they represent the ability to subscribe to a thread, find their ICQ number (if given), see their profile (if they chose to allow it) which has their email address, and to allow direct messaging. Look for the one with the Magnifying lense on it that's the one you want.
if their profile is turned on, you can see if they have it listed there. if you can't find it in there profile, I don't think you are going to get it, sorry.
