How many other people get emails all day long at work where the subject line has no communication about what the message intends? My personal email has descriptive subject lines except for SPAM. Why does no one bother to do the same in the workplace where it is more critical to sort through the unimportant emails and focus on the important ones. Yet when no one correctly uses the subject line as intended stuff gets missed.
So far my only solution is to change the subject line when I reply.
