Embarassing moment - same number calls me 5 times a day

This number has been calling me 4-5 times a day for the last two months. I pick up the phone, noboby on the other end. They don't leave a message. They called twice today, I answer and am sick and tired of this crap.

Phone rings, same number. I firmly (to put it nicely) say into the phone when I pick up - "STOP CALLING ME". Hear that this time somebody is on the other end.

phone - "ummm....err.....????"
me - "stop calling me. I'm filing a complaint against you."
phone - "umm...."
me - "IDENTIFY YOURSELF IMMEDIATELY! I repeat, identify yourself!"
phone - "umm, am I speaking with spidey?"
me - "YES! IDENTIFY YOURSELF, this is a no-call state. I repeat, IDENTIFY YOURSELF."
phone - "Ummm, this is AT&T calling for spidey"
me - " This is he. How can I help you?"

Strangely enough, the calling has stopped.

I kept getting a call from a number in Scottsdale AZ but when I picked up the call ended (not by me). This happened 2-3X a day for over a week or so. So I googled the number and it turned out it was the Chase credit card retention department (I had just cancelled my United Airlines CC.) So I started answering and they agreed to waive the annual fee, which is why I cancelled, so it worked it
