Looks like it's just a damn electrical outlet box. From the video I was looking at I could hardly tell. So I just cut a hole. Now I have to sand the spakling down, apply another coat, sand and paint.
My refrigerator is located on the other side of this wall and it's hard to tell, but it looks like this electrical box may feed the refrigerator. I took an EMF reading from outside the refrigerator and got nothing. But inside I got a high H field. I'm thinking if the refrigerator is plugged into this box and the high EMF is traveling through the line. Which could explain why this spot has a high H field where is other electrical box's just have a relatively high E field.
