Employer won't pay me

Hi, i live in Quebec and i had a summer job for a week. My employer hasn't given me my paycheck yet and it's been 2 months, is there any legal actions i can pursue?

I doubt anyone here knows much about Quebec's laws, some of which tend to be different than the rest of Canada. If you can send a PM (private message) to Dennilfloss here, he might know a thing or two.

Is there a CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau) equivalent you can contact? It sounds like it should be pretty straightforward. Do you have anything documenting the work you carried out?

Im still in contact with him, but everytime i call he keeps saying he has to see his accountant so wait a week. Then two weeks ago he said the same BS and said i should receive my check by mail last week. I don't want to continue this BS anymore... i want to take legal action or else i dont think ill see any results..
