Yeah, that's at least something. I'm patient, but since I got my AGOIA 1600+ I really NEED some Antec 830 lovin.

I ordered the Logitech Z560s for $122 + $8 Tax = $130 Shipped Free.
It says they have 3000+ in stock, so I hope I don't get no backordered email. lol

I hope these speakers are nice.. I never spent more than $50 on a set of speakers, so this is going to be a new sounding experience for me.

I'm not too worried about getting my stuff because I bought a Logitech Momo Wheel/Pedals from EMS back in February and it was the same deal (i.e., free shipping and a really good price when compared to Pricewatch).

They didn't send me an e-mail confirmation and shipping/billing was NUTTY. I got my wheel within 1 week and everything worked out fine (even with their "lack" of communication).

The "moving" thing has me a little concerned though.

I ordered the Antec SX 830 case and a Samsung Monitor on Monday. Received order confirmation but no shipping info. My Visa was charged on Monday also. Sent them an e-mail and got their standard useless response. Has anyone recieved their merchandise?

The more I think about this, the more I get a bad feeling about being ripped off. You can't contact them by phone, they don't respond to faxes and when you send an e-mail to customer service, the automatic response only deals with the shipping information. I am going to send them an e-mail on a totally unrelated subject and see if I get an automatic response about shipping.

I ordered 2 monitors seperately from them on Saturday, the 27th. Still no tracking info for either one. I can live with not getting them until next week but I would love to have some confirmation that they actually send the things. BTW, they billed my credit/debit card. I know b/c my atm showed my account alot lower.

How do I find out if my Visa was charged? Call the bank?

You can access your credit card information by going online as I do, or call your bank. The credit card usually has a phone number listed on it.

BTW, I sent an e-mail to EMS about some product details and received the same generic response from them about shipping details. It looks as though their auto-response system is set up for the shipping questions only.

If that is correct then they shipped 32 cases to someone.

Their "in stock" rarely, if ever works. I think they must be using the in stock from their supplier or something else just as silly.

Boy, they sure make you jump thru enough hoops to be able to access your CC account online. Guess it's a good thing though. Anyways, EMS charged my account $73 (1035b) on the 28th.

My credit card got billed on Monday and I haven't received my item yet. Their website says:

"You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification."

and

"We accept Mastercard and Visa with no surcharge and your card is not billed until the product ships."

I just checked the item (Cat5e cable) and it still shows 54 units in stock, and evidently there were no problems with billing. Unless they drop shipped with a supplier across the country it should have arrived. I think I will stop by their place after work tomorrow and ask about what's going on.

I found another e-mail address for them at the better busines bureau website.. I e-mailed there with a pretty evil letter, hopefully they will respond.

Did a little more research.. let me combine it all into 1 post.. I won't actually give any of the information.. just where I found it.


Their Fax number I found in my order confirmation.
Another e-mail address I found at the better business burearu website.
2 more telephone numbers leading to EMS Solutions I found in the whois info from their domain.


Maybe this helps some of you folks.. althought they haven't done much for me yet, I e-mailed the other email address and I left a message at the EMS Solutions number.

EMS is no longer taking orders. They say they're in the process of moving, so I HOPE thats the main reason for the delay. Also, prices on a lot of items have gone waaaay up. My $105 641 Altec Lansing speakers have since gone to $150+. If they cancel my order, I will be extremely mad!

I would be even more mad if they cancelled all our orders and then skipped out to that "undisclosed address in Mexico" with all our money.


Well, I'm among the worried. I've heard nothing in four days after my cc was charged. I mean who in their right mind would plan an office relocation during a big promotion? This would not be the first lie this company has made to their customers according to a lot of negative feedback at resellerratings.com.

EDIT: BTW, this deal is dead. Free shipping is no longer available.

Alright, I just came back from there. I had a hell of a time finding the place because the block of office suites it was in is numbered differently than their site (3620 vs. 3600). After asking around I found the place, and as I walked in a big U-Haul truck was backing in front of it. When I walked in, there were no signs, the place was small and bare, and maybe 10 people (probably college students) were in the place packing up boxes. I stopped a girl and asked her if this was EMS Computing. She said "sort of, we're moving". My first impression was that this was some sort of fly-by-night operation. I told her that I ordered an item from their site last weekend, my card was charged, and I didn't get the package or tracking number or anything. Then she kind of disappeared into the back and to my surprise I saw one of my good friends from back in high school. I greeted him and after briefly chatting I asked him what was going on. He told he started working a couple weeks ago, but they were moving into another office, and their computers were down all week. I told him I knew some other people who were charged and didn't get any shipping notice. He said that EMS would be up and shipping next week. They also drop ship from different warehouses across the country. I'm inclined to believe him since I know he's a trustworthy guy, but since he's been working not too long I don't know if he knows everything. I think I will wait and see if the shipping notice comes next week, if not I'll file a dispute with my credit card company.

EDIT: he also mentioned that EMS is re-designing their site and will have it up, maybe Monday or so.
