Hi-
I purchased a Samsung monitor from this company during one of their "one day only free shipping" events they held. The purchase I made was online and after finding that this monitor was about $50.00 less than that of most other e-commerce sites I purchased the monitor. By 7/31/2002 I had not received an order confirmation so I sent a letter and received back:
Dear Customer
You should have tracking information within the next business day.

Today (8/4/2002) as of noon I hadn't heard from EMS nor had I received a shipping confirmation but I have been CHARGED for the monitor. Their policy says that they will NOT charge my account untill they have shipped the product. At 2:35 today I received the following e-mail from the company:
Dear Valued Customer,
We have received your recent order; however, we will be unable to ship your product(s) in a timely manner. As a result, we have cancelled your order. In the unlikely event your credit card was charged, a full refund will be posted to your account within 3-5 business days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvienience this may have caused you, and hope we may be able to better serve you in the futue.
