I e-mailed a few times asking where my stuff was (i.e., I got no canel e-mail nor tracking numbers). I got no reply, but they did credit my charge card on 8-8-02 (ordered on 7-27-02).
I kinda think this was a total SCREW-UP on their part UNLESS they actually did CLAIM (to their creditors) that ALL our orders at the end of July were REALLY "accounts receivable" (i.e., they need a loan and ILLEGALLY inflated their AR balance sheet to secure the loan).
I'm still puzzled about the whole affair?
It seems to me that SCREW-UPS at web-stores almost always happen over the weekend when no one is working at the company who can correct the problems.
