We're looking for some options to encrypt emails either automatically or very easily on Outlook and/or Exchange. Ideally, we envision something with either an Outlook plug-in that makes it super easy for users to encrypt outgoing emails, and/or something on the server-end that automatically encrypts based on policies (attachment types, etc.)
We have a ~50-user network with a single Exchange 2007 box, but are willing to add a server if needed.
Ideally we're looking for something in-house (hardware and/or software).
Anyone use anything worth checking out?
If nothing in-house, any cloud-based services that anyone could recommend?
