Enermax 351 Fan replacement ................ ?

Would it be possible to replace the fans that come supplied with this PSU ?

If so , are they special fans ............ Where can I find them ??


Approximate life of PSU fans if run continuously ??

just find the same size, usually PSU's ship with 80mm fans,... you will need to open the PSU up and see how the fans are connected to the power though, in most cases, you will probably have to cut the old fan wires and solder the new fan in...

I don't have an Enermax yet, but I believe that they come with one 80mm fan and one 92mm fan. Don't know why you'd want to replace them though, I've heard only good things about them...

I have an Enermax 351 and there is a 92mm in the bottom blowing up and an 80mm in the back blowing out. Mine is very quiet so unless one of the fans dies I'm not sure why you'd want to replace one of them. But, to each is own I guess

You can buy a replacement 80mm Enermax fan here. It is the same one used in the whisper power supplies.

They are only 10 dollars and this is a great company IMO. They have a thermal probe to control the speed and noise of the fan based on the temp of the computer.
