haha, unless u plan on running 20 fans, OC 2 Processors and add a peltier or 2, u wont need the 550watts.

Frank828 is right, an Enermax EG351P-VE has plenty of power for most anything short of pelts.

I'm tempted to see if mine will work as an arc welder.....

I was pretty keen on the Enermax, but it didnt get much of a recommendation re: AMD's recommended PSUs. Good to hear some user feedback

I paid to much I bought it local for $110 you can get them alot cheaper online.

I just order the 430 w model, as my 300 w PSU has been playing up and I have to unplug my CDRW and a hard drive to get my comp to boot now. I should be getting it monday, so I can plug everything back in.

The previous set up sounds like nothing for the enermax. Ive seen worse power stuff like that. Should have no problem. Im using mine to power my house when the power goes out. Ive got it rigged with a gas generator.
