Enlight 7237 Case Question - what about the speaker?

I replaced the front intake fan with a larger 92mm Antec case fan and put the 80mm in the back for exhaust. In doing so, I had to remove the plastic fan mount that comes with the case. The mount holds the internal speaker which was easy to remove, but now has no home.

Any ideas of what to do with the speaker?

Good question. I also removed that plastic thing. My solution was to use a twist-tie around the wires on the back of the speaker, and attach it to an empty case hole near the bottom of my 120mm panflo. It can move around, but not too much. If anyone has a better idea, I'm interested in hearing it. It bothers me a bit that it can move around.

i actually don't even connect it.

Who really wants the computer to make an annoying beep whenever it boots anyway?

Mwilding, I use velcro dots to attach the speaker in the case.

Just tape it on the backside of the front panel. That's what I did.

My k7t pro2 makes the beeps, I don't even have my internal speaker plugged in, I broke it.

cRazYdood, disable your on-board speaker. Small round thing about the size of a nickle and it has a small hole in the top of it. No more beeps!

I just hot glued my to the inside (front-bottom) of the case out of the way.
