I like the 4 5.25" bays of the Enlight. One thing to keep in mind with the Enlight is that you may not be able to use a CD-ROM-sized drive in the bottom two bays if your motherboard is really big, eg the Tyan Tiger100 or other dual-CPU boards. The reason is that the rear of the drive hits the front edge of the motherboard. The metal is a little thinner than the S-series Inwins, too, but still not bad. Both cases have side panels that come off without having to slide them down the full length of the case (meaning they're compatible with side blowholes).
Also, if you get the Inwin S case, double-check to make sure all the motherboard "bumps" built into the case correspond to actual holes in your motherboard. I had a BP6 in an S500 and there was a bump right in the middle of the BP6's IDE connector area. I insulated the motherboard from this stray mounting bump so it didn't short the motherboard.
