I Don't know about Enlight, but it's often better to contact Customer service by telephone, no matter what vendor. Some outfits supply parts, some just sell complete units, some have a very limited selection.
It's damn near impossible to get good employees, especially at the wages paid for customer service reps. Hanging up the phone with a customer at the other end is a lot more difficult than clicking "delete" for an Email.
