I got the Forgotten Realms pack with NWN, IWD and BG.
But that was a while ago. If you cant find it today I feel sorry for you.
Having all these classics is awesome. Well, except for Neverwinter Nights. I dont like that game and they included the crappy CD version. They should take that one out of the pack and drop the price by 10 dollars.
Most folks who like it go for the Diamond Edition anyway.

Or, better yet, replace it with Planescape: Torment.

I'd only be interested in this for the convenience of having everything down to a disk or two. Price wise you could probably get them all for less through amazon/ebay (i.e. I bought all the classic fallout games for $5, which recently went on sale as a bundle for about $20).

NWN is all about the user-made content. If you only played the OC then you really wasted your money.

I highly agree about NWN. It was really all about the user stuff, especially the PRC, which unfortunately seems to have just recently closed up camp.... (or who's DNS was wacked). They added hundreds of spells, base character classes, prestige classes, races, and abilities into the game. Basically, if there was a pen-and-paper equivalent, they worked hard to add it into the game. While you could use them in the normal campaign, they were best used on persistent online servers. Not all servers supported using the PRC, but when you logged in, it had you download whatever packages were required to play in their realms. Think of them each like a different pen-and-paper game session set in their own realms with potentially their own rules and game mechanics, just like a real DM would do for a D&D game session.

<soapbox> imo, baldurs gate 2 and its expansion make one of the best rpg experiences i have had to date. planescape torment (not included in this collection, which is a tragedy) also had a great story, on par with bg2, but i did not feel the gameplay had the same depth. icewind dale is next in line. i played through nwn and its expansions; i found it to be the "weakest link" in the collection, which seems to agree with popular opinion. however, this does NOT mean nwn should be ignored. in the collection some of the best pc rpgs of the past 10 years, it ranks near the bottom-but it is still grouped with the best. </soapbox>

EDIT: i was speaking only of the original content of nwn, not including user made content, which unfortunately i didnt take advantage of until nwn2.

I haven't been able to find my BG2: ToB CD for months, and I really feel incomplete without it. This deal needs to go live again so I can buy pristine copies of all these games to keep safe. I'm not sure how much longer my originals can hold out.
