Probably not going to be better. At the end of last season, Mark Walhbergs name dropped of the executive producer list on the credits. It was about the time he dropped off that it started going downhill.

The strange thing about Entourage is that Vince, the "main" character, is my least favorite. Ari and Drama are hysterical though.

Seasons 3 & 4 just felt completely different than 1 & 2. Like they changed writers or something (maybe they did...don't know). I really lost interest about half the way through season 3 and watched 4 simply because they were 25 minutes long.

The dialog and overall "feel" just seemed more forced.

I completely agree. His character was just a parasite in the show. Giving him a terminal disease isn't going to get any sympathy from me with the first impression I had of him.
