EP-9nda3j chipset cooling issues

Hi,
upgraded to the current setup a few weeks ago. Yesterday my chipsetfan started to make noice, although not very loud, I know it will be

So, my question is, what passive/active cooling do you guys recommend for the chipset? It must be able to handle some overclocking.

yeah, i've been looking at that one. Wasn't sure if it would handle the nforce3 chip when overclocked. I'm going for the ZM-NB47J then
