EPOX 8K7A+ Motherboard And Windows XP?

I have a EPOX 8K7A+ Motherboard with Windows ME and I am planning to upgrade to Windows XP.
Are there any problems that I should be aware of?

My Computer System Consists of the following components.

256 Megabytes DDR PC-2100 RAM.

Western Digital 26 Gigabyte ATA 66 IDE Disk Drive.
Iomega External SCSI ZIP 100 Drive
Plextor UltraPlex SCSI CD-ROM Drive.
Plextor Plexwriter 16/10/40A CDRW Drive.
Adaptec 2940UW SCSI Disk Controller PCI Card.

i had the 8k7a running with windows xp and it ran very good, fast, and stable. had that up to 170 fsb with an axia 1200 not stable at that speed but still none the less it was fun.

I'm running the EPOX board with WinXP and haven't really come across any problems that are unique to this combination. The only issue that i've come accross is my sound (SB Live Value) in UT is screwed up. However I think it has to do with UT and WinXP considering it works fine in every other program.

I had an 8K7A+ with Raid 0 and Athlon 1.4, ran great in XP Pro. No problems during the upgrade.
