epox 8k7a+ mouse moving around

Hi, I'm having quite a few problems with my epox 8k7a+ mobo. First issue was the hpt370 error in event viewer in administrator in Control panel, but once I installed the latest driver 1.20 for hpt370, it works fine and no more error message. However, second issue is about my mouse, my mouse seems to move around by itself once a while, anyone has any sugguestions to fix this problem?
Thirdly, my system locks up randomly, how do I fix that?
Can anyone tell me how they set up their bios so everything is working probably?

I just flashed my bios to the latest one from epox.com
I'm using win2k and hpt370 1.20 and have 3 maxtor hds plugged into the hpt ide ports

Use the 103B highpoint drivers. It has solved mouse and sound issues for many people.

but the 103b driver won't even let me install win2k though, do I install win2k with 1.20 first and then reinstall the driver to 1.03b after I installed the win2k?
