I would keep the Ultra2. I upgraded my 8k7a with the MSI ultra2 and gave the Epox to my cousin. The Ultra2 is newer with more features, multiplier via BIOS (dip sw in 8k7a), and includes some handy software utilities.
I have a question for anyone else who looks in this thread. The highest multiplier setting I can get to on my Ultra2 is 12.5x right now. If I choose 14x or 15x, the POST recognizes it as 533 or 666 MHz (as if it was 4x or 5x). Anyone know why this is so? I would appreciate any feedback. I'm running:
