Did a fresh install of win 2k +SP4 and then all available patches. Box will not power off. Get a dialog box w/safe to turn off your computer and box stays powered up. Nothing special -20 gig Maxtor, Gigabyte 32 mb vid card (Nvidia chip) ATX case of course w/Antec 300 wt PS. Any ideas... I know that some Microsoft patches affected some boards/chip sets in a variety of ways.
