Officemax is doing buy one get one free on all Epson photo paper. This is pretty hot to me since this stuff costs upwards of $0.50 - $0.75 a page and results in the best prints I've ever gotten out of my Epson 820.

It depends on what kind you get... Epson has about 5 different kinds of paper. Their regular paper is like $15 for 100 sheets... the Matte (very thick, nice for photo's without glossy) is $15 for 50 sheets. The Glossy Photo paper is $10 for 20 sheets and the premium glossy photo is $15 for 20 sheets.

I really like the matte and glossy photo, it produces the best prints I've seen with my printer... much better than the Kodak paper I was using.

The deal is in their ad (last page) so I'm not sure when it expires... I would assume Saturday.

That must not be Epson brand at that price. Like I said I've tried several brands of paper... and in my opinion the Epson stuff produces the best results on my printer.

Costco (B&M) sells Epson Glossy Photo paper 100/$20 and Kodak...
Kodak Paper
for $25-$5 MIR at both B&M and online. The Kodak information is much more descriptive as to it's quality than the Epson. K states a weight.
I've primarily used the Epson paper on my HP990 and Epson 785EPX with very nice results on both. I'd love a report on this version of the Kodak paper as it states it more like a "photograph". The Epson paper is OK for framing but feels slightly thin to me.

Jasonja:
Costco sells the Epson Photo paper (not high gloss) for 19.99 for 100 sheets. It's a regular price. The OM prices should be worth it for the higher end paper. Good find.

I don't think you can get real photo paper for $20/100 sheets. Those are the "photo quality" inkjet paper, which is only a step above from your average printer paper.

Thanks... I'm not sure what that is that Costco has, I can't find that paper on the Epson website, but it does look like it would be a good overall paper, but I'm not sure if it's intended to be more general purpose. I have a Laser printer for my general printing and I only use the Epson 820 for photos.

Overall I think the Heavyweight Matte paper is the overall best paper I found, if you print photos on it and stick them underglass you can't tell the difference between it and the premium glossy paper. And with buy one get one free it comes to $15 for 100 sheets.

This post is for everything who is saying "I don't think" this is Epson Photo Paper at CostCo . I found it very hard to believe also because I am a firm believer in Epson Photo Paper and it is expensive. But, it is true and I have been buying 100 packs for $20 at CostCo for the last year. My CostCo always has it in stock.

From the Epson website, the description of this paper is: Glossy Photo Paper, 8.5" x 11", 20 sheets (formerly EPSON Photo Paper). It is NOT the "Premium Glossy Paper", which is a new version of the paper that came out about 6 months ago.

This is much cheaper than you will find it anywhere else. It is not inkjet paper or anything else substandard. It is top-of-the-line photo paper, although now Epson has the new "Premium" paper. Don't let that fool you, as this paper is awesome.

The paper at CostCo even has the same base part # as the 20 sheet packs, S041141. However, the part number is S041141-100.

It is even on the CostCo web site for $19.99 for 100 sheets. I'll try to link, but if it doesn't work just go to www.costco.com and search on "photo paper". CostCo Epson Photo Paper

I cannot comment on the paper mentioned for sale at Sam's...

You're right Jeoff:
Not sure why someone would post they don't think you can get real photo paper for 19.99 for 100 sheets. It's been going on so long at Costco that I don't even consider it a hot deal. Fry's has the GQ photo paper on sale every other week for 1.99 for 20 sheets, although it's not as good a quality as the Epson. So that would work out to 9.95 for 100 sheets. I think you're only allowed to buy two packs at a time but just make couple trips if you want 100 sheets of your 0.10 a sheet photo paper. Personally, I would pay the extra and buy the Epson at Costco.

Epson paper is the only paper on which Eposn printers produce quality prints- doesnt matter using original or generic ink - it is not absorbed by any other paper. The next best deal from Costco is e*b*a*y, but beware of - "photo quality paper" - that is as stated in the post above just brighter white thin paper, nowhere near photo quality.

I have used 200 sheets of this paper printing from my D30. It is real photo quality Epson photo paper - Glossy.
And yes, $20/100 sheets is a steal at Costco.
