This was blowing up on Twitter last night and rumor was it was an off duty cop (probably not, but that was enough to get the crowd all heated and angry.)

Governor of Minnesota was just on MSNBC, for the 1st time since WW2 he is moblizing the entire Minnesota National Guard and I can' blame him, while I support 100% the right to peaceful protest over this horrific event things have spun way out of control. The Governor has said that a lot of the violence and burning is being done by people not from the area, it's logical that those who support anarchy would show up at these events.

If those other 3 guys aren't convicted it will send a message to cops everywhere that the worst that will happen to them if they are derelict in their duty to fulfill their sworn mission to protect the public the worst that awaits them is losing their jobs. That is a bad precedent. Cops should think and feel that their loyalty should not be to their fellow officers as much as it is to the public they are sworn to defend.
