You need to quit making up things to slam me with really. I never said the entire city was a wasteland. You are just wanting to pick an argument. IF you think the poor areas with older citizens that don't have the mobility are not going to be effected then you are absolutely wrong.
It won't be an issue to the richer areas of the city they will rebuild and everything will be peachy king. I'm talking about the poorer ares where people have invested their entire lives into a business and have lost it all. And now do not have the means to rebuild it. Areas where business' like CVS Pharmacy and Target have been burned out and don't rebuild as they don't feel the risk is worth it. It happens even if you don't want to believe it
