Well no shit she's not going to get much, if anything from him.

You realize that Marriott is footing 50% of the bill, right? She will see (some of) that amount though.

I think the point here is you aim HIGH with your lawsuit ($75M), know you're going to get less ($55M) awarded and even see less of that in the end.

Honestly too, I don't think Andrews is just in this for the money (though I'm sure she's happy to get it). I think there is more to this than just cashing out from her standpoint.
