Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn.
But let's call it what it REALLY is and that's a $27 mil judgement, the dude who filmed her is in jail serving a 2.5 year sentence. He tried to accept all the blame knowing Andrew's layers would go after the "deep pockets". they still have a right to appeal the case and drag it out for years. I don't see where they were responsible for him removing a peep-hole to film the vid.
damn, cops can kill black people for about a million
Guess the cops should have been peeping in the hotel at their shaved junk.damn, cops can kill black people for about a million

So when he gets out of jail, is he basically bankrupt for life or how does that work?

This should help motivate him to work harder and earn more.If he works, he can/will be garnished to the poverty line.

Creepy dude at front desk: "Hey, can you tell me what room Erin Andrews, the famous hottie sports celeb, is staying in and can you give me the room directly next to hers?"
Front desk: "Yes, absolutely!"
I think this guy had done this repeatedly, as well, but probably not only at Marriot? Needless to say, that is exactly what happened here where the video was recorded.
How are they not in some way culpable?
If he moves jobs, they have to go back to the court to establish the garnish.
Chasing after his $100/mo. garnish for his minimum hourly wage won't be worth it. Plus it's on YOU to hunt him down and for him to then VOLUNTEER the info. where he's working.
This is a joke. It could be a billion dollars. It won't make a difference.
She'll only see enough of it to pay for her hand cream.
This thing will be appealed and overturned by the judge in any case.
Much ado about nothing in the end.
"famous " is a bit of a lie
shes famous now because she was filmed in the nude
I had no idea who she was before this happened and TBH im not sure I could pick he out of a lineup now
They should go after the corrupt hotel clerk then and not the corporation ($$$).
