If you love to hunt so much, go hunt people that will shoot back at you. All you are is a griefer, and as such people like you should be paying the subscriptions of people like me if you enjoy that sort of thing so much.
I do.
Like I said, I also hunt the hunters. I prefer those fights actually, but there is something satisfying about blowing up bot miners.
For example, just last night a group of 7 battle cruisers decided to come to our system and try to gank someone ratting, or gate camping. So I tried to get together 4 RR BSes in response as fast as I could. I got the 4 I needed, so I warped to the gate they were camping the other side of with one other RR BS as bait. They had one drake on the other side to see us there, but he was 250km off the gate. At that point I just waited for them to jump and take the bait.
They took about 5 minutes, but eventually they got tired of waiting for us to jump and they jumped to us. By that time, we had 6 BSes and one BC ready to engage them. I had the reast of the fleet warp in, and we killed two of the BCs, while the other 5 burned out of range. It would have been nice to get all 7 of them, but it was still fun to get the two we got.

And this is the norm to be honest. Ganking high-sec hulks is more just the flavor of the month, in that it is something new. It will get borign soon, but killing those that expect to kill me, now that is always fun
(Another thing I get enjoyment out of is probing out ships that logged off with aggression, after running around playing cat and mouse with me. This way I not only win the game of cat and mouse, I also get there pod. I always keep a prober nearby, and they always get probed out and killed and podded.)
