I've purchased memory from these guys before and haven't been disappointed.

Answers:

1) As I said, I've purchased memory from them before and I've had no problems at all with their service or products. I can't speak for other's experience.
2) I'm don't know about these particular sticks, but I did buy a 256M Samsung stick from them--listed identically on their web site-- and YES, it was the real thing (with the Samsung sticker and Samsung etched into the PCB).
3) The last time I had one DIMM shipped to me in NY from them in CA, it was $10.01 for UPS 3 day.

In other words buyer beware . . . i realize that every company will have their "mishaps" and no company is perfect but I like to use sites like bizrate and resllerratings to get a good benchmark of how reputable a company is and this one doesn't pass my test
