I called Logitech after having my ship date moved from January 4 to the 25th. They claim that they should have no problem meeting Dell's demand. I'm going to stick with the deal in the hopes that I actually get the product.

The temporary charge Dell has been holding on my credit card disappeared today, although I didn't cancel my order.

I don't intend to cancel, so hopefully this is not a problem.

I also ordered teh Turtle Beach Santa Cruz card from them, in a separate order. It was supposed to ship TODAY, and I called yesterday to verify that everything was okay, and they assured me it would go out.

Today, I got an e-mail: Delayed until Jan. 20.

They frown heavily on such practices. It will take them 2 to 3 days but they will cancel his auction.

Dell needs to get thier head out of their ass. I placed my order on DEC. 27 and recieved a email right after saying that in 24 I should recieve my order #. Well it never came, I called their customer service # and talking to a customer service rep he could not find any record of the order being placed. So he transfered me to another dept. and I finally just hung up. I get my email today and order # and all that and it says it should ship on the 7th. Thats fine and all but now they are charging me $54 dollars for shipping. All I can say is dell sucks the big one.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, dont be dell's monkey boy. They're not going to ship this any time soon. I ordered mine on the 26th of Dec. On Jan 2nd it got delayed until jan 28th. HA!!!. I cancelled and got mine from newegg.com for 160 shipped and I will be enjoying them on Monday, and dell will not get one penny from me.

OK, so two days after I receive the email saying my order has been delayed until a ship date of the 18th and I call and cancel, the website still says it is going to ship no later than the 7th. I call Dell and check on the order status on the phone, and it says my order has been sent to the manufacturer for assembly. What the he!! does that mean? Is it cancelled, is it being boxed up, or what. SOMEBODY ENLIGHTEN ME!!

Why are you getting all pissy? Just cuz my card was charged does NOT mean I am getting them real soon. Obviously Dell doesn't even know when they are going to have them in stock, as can be witnessed by this thread. Others ordered the same date as me and already have them, and my date has been pushed back twice? And if I do have a NEED for them, then that is my business, now isn't it?

i did manage to get an answer about why the delay. something about having the speakers and headphones in stock, but no joystick in stock. i asked to see if they could ship what they do have in stock and just ship the joystick whenever they get it, they said i just have to wait. wtf!

I find it coincidental that Dell says these will ship on 1/28 - I believe that is the end of their fiscal quarter. They will do whatever they can to get goods shipped out by that date (so they can get revenue credit for the quarter). It looks like none of the resellers have any of these in stock - Dell has been stringing you along.
