The overall consensus is that everyone hates Dell. Why do we keep ordering from them?

I asked them your exact question this morning in an email (why list stock when there is none), still waiting for a response. I am sure I will get apology email which will not address anything of substance. I also made a mild threat to cancel order, we'll see.

If they already charged your CC, I would think you would be shipping soon. It is the practice of most Quality companies to not charge until they ship. But, we are dealing with Dell, who knows!!!
BTW, I recently ordered from Walmart.com, Bestbuy.com, and Amazon........received all items within 3 days of ordering using standard (or cheapest) shipping. That is service!!!
