I asked them your exact question this morning in an email (why list stock when there is none), still waiting for a response. I am sure I will get apology email which will not address anything of substance. I also made a mild threat to cancel order, we'll see.

If they already charged your CC, I would think you would be shipping soon. It is the practice of most Quality companies to not charge until they ship. But, we are dealing with Dell, who knows!!!

BTW, I recently ordered from Walmart.com, Bestbuy.com, and Amazon........received all items within 3 days of ordering using standard (or cheapest) shipping. That is service!!!

you can check your cc if you have an online account with your cc company...pretty up-to-date these days...btw..sometimes shipping time depends on how many people are order such item too...i mean this bundle is a hot item...so that's why it is taking more time to be ship...supply doesn't always meet demands...just my 2-cents

Because they give us such good deals! Seriously though, I don't worry when I order from them, because I know that no matter what goes wrong with my order, they will eventually make good on the sale (or give me my money back), just because its Dell and even though their CSR's are clueless, they do usually have pretty good service compared to some other places.

i called, and after about 20 minutes on hold and waiting for my csr to go look through the stuff, mine is scheduled to ship out on the 3rd, when they get more in stock (currently OOS), with the free next day delivery. hope they're not bsing me

Update:

I told the clowns at Dell to forget it. I cancelled my order, went to EB, picked up the Logitech Z-540 4.1's. These blow my old speakers out of the galaxy, and I am more than satisfied. Maybe not quite 560's, but compared to JBL Pro speakers that came with my Compaq and a half ass MidiLand subwoofer, these are so much better. And I saved a good bit of dough.

Hey don't discount those 40 watts RMS. My old DTT2500's subwoofer was 21 watts RMS and the satellites were 7 watts RMS each. That setup was LOUD. Anyone w/ the DTT2500 can testify to that

Granted, I haven't listened to the z540's and the freq range isn't as good at the DTT2500's (35Hz - 20kHz for the z540's vs. 22 Hz to 20 kHz for the DTT2500's). They may not be that bad . Especially for half the price.....not to mention, he got his right away

I know its RMS the 560's are 400 RMS.. i may not need 400 but I need a bit more than 40.. I have a current setup thats almost 40 rms...


BTW I have heard both the 540's and the 560's so im not just saying this from specs...

540s sound good but the 560s are amazing
