Well, after I was told yesterday that my speakers would definitely be sent out today next-day shipping, I got the dreaded e-mail today that my speakers would in fact ship out on Jan. 24.
I called customer service, and they confirmed that the speakers won't ship until then. And of course, when confronted with all sorts of "what the hell do you mean they won't ship til the 24th?!" questions, their only response is, "Dunno."
I pointed out that the web site still shows "in stock," and they couldn't really account for that.
Really would be interesting if someone tried ordering at full price, to see what happens....
